We went with Greg and Blythe to Antelope Island on the day after his birthday to look for birds and other wildlife. We saw a lot of wild life in our car too. Everyone loved looking at birds through the binoculars, as you can see.
We saw lots of very cool birds - I can't remember all of their names, but they were in the book.
The kids really got into it.
It was a very beautiful day. The weather was just right.
At one point we all got out of the cars to look at this cute little owl. What a cool moment it was for all of us. It seemed the owl was looking at us too.
And we saw much more than birds! When we stopped for lunch at a picnic area, we found ourselves surrounded by buffalo...
Greg was very happy! We all were.

Fun outing! Greg is trying to convert everyone to bird watching, huh? Happy that everyone enjoyed the trip. The pictures of the kids with the binoculars were great.
I have to make sure Greg sees this post. It will make him so happy. We sure do love birding!
