A flash of fall... seriously time is going really fast!
The kids have been obsessed with fancy cars...
and Reuben was the first to visit this sweet dealership!
Troy and Owen continue to "enjoy" their work
at Panda Express and Costa Vida.
Micah turned 14!
Kick The Habit officially opened with
the Chamber of Commerce red ribbon cutting ceremony!
Kiersten made this awesome cake. Wow!
Evelyn turned 12!
Troy and Owen donated blood for the first time!
(Troy's hair was only red for this one day...)
We went to a Harry Potter themed party at the library:
Thanks to some good friends,
the boys have been to a few BYU games
and they've loved them,
despite the bored look on Micah's face.
And the boys seems to be good luck since
the Cougars have won the games they've attended.
Just saying.

We've enjoyed having some out of town visitors...

Halloween 2018
Dad participated in "Halloween on the Main" in American Fork.
Jonas turned 21!!!!!

We hosted a get together with our "El Pasoans"...

And enjoyed new friends too!

Fall isn't truly fall without football....
And the traditional White Friday temple trip!

This is my kid's dentist office...
All the kids had dentist appointments this week. Most of them play in the huge Chuck E. Cheese-like arcade. Some watch the movie in the theater room. But these two love playing on the train and the carousel! Far cry from when I would be dragged to a dentist office. These kids want to go to the dentist/kid-heaven every day!

My smooshed heart is happy and sad at the same time...
Letting children go is not easy. There have been a lot of prayers and laughs and tears and hugs. Letting Jonas leave for BYU has been the right thing to do, but it is still hard to not have him around. We miss him: tears well up and my throat gets tight as I try to keep my heart from spilling out even as I type this.
I really want to document this event with just a handful of pictures from our week. I probably would have taken more pictures, but I really just wanted to spend time with Jonas instead of being behind a camera or connected to my phone.

Braces are off, this guy is HAPPY!
On the road to BYU, gang sign up because Ironman said so...
Check out the size of this cheeseburger at Black Bear Diner.
It's seriously so huge and he ate it in like less than five minutes.
Last minute advice, words of wisdom, or maybe just talking about a recent movie.
It doesn't matter, the love is there.
But keep your eyes on the road Mister!
Check out the new apartment!
Just a few things to put away, and I'm sure the football posters will be up soon!
BYU fans back at home,
cheering Jonas on!
