I made some dutch babies (german pancakes) in pie dishes. They were a big hit. Later on I made a french silk pie with an oreo crust and a strawberry pie with a cinnamon roll crust. We were kind of busy when the evening came around, so they made an excellent dessert for the Sabbath Day.
