(This poem was written by Leslie when she was looking around our living room...)
White fence,
old tree.
Curling iron,
and holy knee.
(Finger prints upon the TV.)
Mom changes a poopy diaper,
The kids jump, play, and go.
Dusty fans and tennis shoes.
(Here and there a little lego.)
Library books,
a striped sweater.
A lonely pillow,
(I do wish it was cleaned better,)
But I'm glad we're all together.

Nice job Leslie :)
Quite a little verse maker you have there. Leslie, why don't you write a poem for Grandpa's birthday? The theme is "I Wanna be Like You."
LOVE this poem!
Dresden, I couldn't find your email and didn't know any other way to get in touch other than here. Anyway, I wanted to pick your brain about some home schooling questions I have. Could you send me an email so we can chat?
