C-section went very well, the placenta separated easily, so Mom didn't need a hysterectomy. Both Mom and Gideon came home this afternoon and are both doing very well. Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers!

P.S. When you get home,. . . if you sleep propped up in bed it will be easier to get out when you get up. Good luck with your recovery.
