MEMORIES OF UTAH

I liked going to Joe and Melanie's house. I could play with Henry, and Maren, and Julianne. I liked going to Kenzie and Holden's house because I could play with their Polly Pockets there. I liked visiting Mamma and Daryth. I liked playing. I liked the zoo and I liked the park. I liked baby Eve too. I liked visiting with Brandon and Laura and that we did the princess thingy. I liked playing with Hazel too. I liked doing the princess thing with Hazel.

Going to the zoo was one of my favorite parts of being in Utah. We went with Greg, Blythe, Kenzie, Holden, and Shannon. My favorite part of going to the zoo was the Bird Show. It was awesome. The birds fly over your head but you can't touch them. My favorite bird there was

the American Bald Eagle. We saw camels too. There are two kinds of camels. One kind with two humps and one kind with one hump. The camel with two humps is called a Bactrian camel. The two humps on the camel look like a B for Bactrian. The camel with one hump is called a Dromedary camel. The one hump looks like a D for Dromedary. I think that fact is pretty cool. Well anyway, I loved going to the zoo!

Utah was very fun. We had a lot of fun swimming. We made dinosaur tracks in the dirt at the park. I took pictures of them too! Here are some of the pictures I took. I LOVE UTAH!

While we were in Utah I went to Scout Camp for a second week in a row with the Summerhaze ward. The scouts in that ward really wanted me to come to Scout Camp again with them. Most of the boys were different, but I still had a great time making new friends. While we were there I was able to earn 7 1/2 merit badges. At the scout camp in Texas I earned 5. Both Scout Camps were a lot of fun and I enjoyed meeting new friends. Here are some pictures:

This is our whole troop. I am 6th from the left. Yes, someone did come to camp on crutches, and no, that did not happen while we were there.

This is James. He was adopted from Ukraine and he was a lot of fun. He called me his "Mexican Friend" for some strange reason.

This is a ladder that I made with my tent mate for the pioneering merit badge. Our counselor made us redo this about 5 times because it just wasn't right. Unfortunately, we didn't make the platform, although that would have been cool. We just added our project on.

These are the flag poles. Behind them is a reminder never to play with matches. That seriously happened at that camp eight years ago, which is why the forest is burnt down. In case you were wondering, an Israeli flag is flying because an Israeli troop came and put on a show for us while we were there.

I had an awesome time at Scout camp(s).

My favorite part of Utah was when we spent time at Marcy and Norm's. We went to Holden's talent show, which was fun to see him in that. Norm also rented a bouncy castle. I loved it when we got it wet and slid around. We also went to IHOP for breakfast. My favorite thing I did was go to the temple with Kenzie for her first time. We also had the ice cream dinner. I had 4 whole bowls of ice cream and toppings. After that we played with the parachute. This whole time, I got some really good pics.

The trip to Utah was fun. It was fun because we got to see family and friends. We got to see Brandon and Laura. We got to see Joe and Melanie too. We got to stay at Marcy and Norm's house for quite a while. Daryth came to Utah. We also saw Greg and Blythe. We had a lot of fun at Utah. We played at the park. We made dinosaur tracks. We had a lot of fun doing it. One of the fun things we did with Brandon and Laura was that we got to see Brandon's work together. A fun thing about Daryth was that we got to spend a lot of time with her. Once we watched Kid History. (You Tube) We played baseball with Joe and Melanie. The team that I was on won by 11 points to 4! When we were with Daryth at the Serrano's we got to do a parachute. At the Serrano's we also had a bouncy castle. We swam in Mamma's pool too with Daryth and we had a lot of fun. That is as much fun that I can remember. The End.
