A new tradition is born
We had a fun dinner tonight! Basically it was a pancake dinner with a twist. I gave each of the kids a bowl of batter and told them to add their own mixings and then I cooked them. We had interesting concoctions: Trix cereal, tapioca pudding, pbj, Trix and cheddar crackers (eww...), marshmellows, oreos, and popcorn. The kids loved it, and I was glad to give them a fun dinner. My favorites were the marshmellow pancakes and the oreo pancakes.... (and then I had a salad to try to be kind of healthy).
