Kick Butt Workout

Jillian Michael's No Trouble Zone. I used 5 pound weights instead of 3 pounds. I am now mush.

You can do it Dres! You are an inspiration to me - in all aspects of life! I need to be more diligent about working out. How long are these workouts?

I hope it gets my stomach (and everything else) better than ever before!!!

My current workout schedule is:
MWF ab jam 20 minutes and running 2-3 miles on treadmill (as Reuben's nap allows)
TTH 20 minute circuit training and running 2-3 miles on treadmill
(In the middle of the week I do Turbo Jam cardio party 45 minutes instead of running)
SAT 50 strength training

I lost a few inches all over in January (but no weight...) Whatever.
